Corporate retreats are available during our May to October season, with customized dates and stay lengths available for private resort buyouts. Shoulder season retreats may also be available by request.

Unlike Any Other

The heart of Klahoose Wilderness Resort is our 6,000 square foot cedar timber lodge, offering an inspiring and comfortable setting for executive meetings, strategy sessions and team workshops.

The main lodge provides flexible gathering spaces, including a spacious lounge with comfortable seating around the woodstove and a dining area that can be used for meetings and group discussions. Wi-Fi is available for teams that need to stay connected.

When it is time for a change of perspective, conversations can move outside to the expansive oceanfront deck or around the campfire, surrounded by the mountains, forests and waters of Desolation Sound.

Day 1

Arrival and Welcome

Klahoose Wilderness Resort

Travel by scenic boat or seaplane to Klahoose Wilderness Resort. Settle in, gather for a Klahoose traditional welcome, and enjoy dinner together overlooking Desolation Sound.

Day 2

Focus and Explore

Toba Waterfall Tour Klahoose Wilderness Resort

Begin the day with a facilitated planning session or leadership workshop, followed by a guided wildlife excursion through Klahoose Territory. Return for dinner and fireside conversation.

Day 3

Connect and Celebrate

Group at Klahoose Wilderness Resort

Balance productive meeting time with Klahoose cultural sharing, kayaking, forest walks, the floating cedar sauna, or other experiences selected for your team. End the day with a special chef prepared dinner and a traditional cedar brushing off ceremony.

Day 4

Reflect and Depart

Departures at Klahoose Wilderness Resort

Gather for a final breakfast and reflection session before departing by boat or seaplane, carrying new ideas and stronger connections home.

Although Klahoose Wilderness Resort feels worlds away, getting here is surprisingly simple.

Located in the heart of Desolation Sound on British Columbia's Sunshine Coast, our intimate wilderness resort is accessible by scenic boat transfer from Lund or by private Harbour Air seaplane charter directly from Vancouver. Every journey offers breathtaking coastal scenery and often includes wildlife sightings along the way.

Whether your team is travelling from Vancouver, elsewhere in Canada or internationally, we'll help coordinate every detail of your group's arrival to ensure a seamless and stress free experience.

From Vancouver to Wilderness

Leave Vancouver behind and arrive directly at our dock by private seaplane charter in just over 60 minutes.

 

For groups travelling by scheduled air service, flights to Powell River can also be combined with private ground and boat transfers to the resort.
