Indigenous Wellness at Klahoose Wilderness Resort
At Klahoose Wilderness Resort, wellness is more than an amenity — it is a way of life. Nestled in the pristine wilderness of Desolation Sound, our resort blends Indigenous traditions, nature immersion, and adventure to create transformative experiences for the body, mind, and spirit.

Indigenous Wellness Practices
Our Indigenous wellness experiences are rooted in generations of tradition and a deep connection to land and water. Shared respectfully and intentionally by members of the ƛoʔos qayɛmɩxʷ Klahoose people and sister nations, these experiences may include practices such as cedar brushing, spiritual bathing, storytelling, and time spent on the land. All wellness offerings are guided by cultural knowledge keepers and are presented in ways that honour tradition, cultural protocols, and community values.
